1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Heylerts, you agree to these Terms of Service. Heylerts is operated by Andrew Shephard, Zahradnickova 1220/20a, Prague, 15000, Czech Republic.

2. Service Description

Heylerts is a brand mention monitoring service. We search publicly available web sources for mentions of keywords you specify and present them in a dashboard. We do not guarantee that every mention on the internet will be found.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others unless on a plan that supports multiple users.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • The free plan is provided as-is with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan if it becomes unsustainable to support.
  • Paid plans are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • We will provide at least 30 days' written notice (via email) before any changes to pricing, plan features, or plan availability take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users.
  • Overload the service with automated requests beyond normal usage.
  • Resell access to the service without our written permission.
  • Use the service to track individuals for harassment or stalking.

6. Data and Content

Mention data retrieved by Heylerts comes from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of the content found. You are responsible for how you use the data retrieved through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heylerts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
