  • Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.
  • Usage data: alerts you create, keywords you track, and mention results retrieved from public sources.

  • To process payments and manage your subscription.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Mention data is retained according to your plan tier (90 days to unlimited). When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
