Can I try Heylerts for free?▼
Yes! You can create up to 2 alerts for free with up to 15 mentions per day. Your free account lasts indefinitely — at least for now. We reserve the right to change the free plan if, for example, tracking becomes too expensive to support for free. We'll always give at least 30 days' notice before any changes to pricing or plan features.
What is your cancellation policy?▼
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, but you won't be billed again on the renewal date.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?▼
We'll charge you the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan. Your new plan takes effect immediately and you can add more alerts right away.
What happens when I downgrade my plan?▼
The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you're above the limits for the new plan, you'll need to remove excess alerts before the downgrade takes effect. Contact us at [email protected] if you need help.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and educational institutions?▼

Does Heylerts catch every mention on the internet?▼
Not quite. Mentions in private forums, Discord servers, Facebook Groups, or behind paywalls may not be detected. We search publicly accessible web pages, Reddit, Hacker News, and Google results to provide the broadest coverage possible.
What should I do if Heylerts missed an important mention?▼
If it's been 48+ hours since a public web mention (especially from a major publication), please let us know at [email protected]. We want the best coverage possible and your feedback helps us improve.
How does Heylerts work?▼
We search multiple sources across the web (Brave Search, Reddit, Hacker News, and Google via SerpAPI) for your exact keyword phrase. New mentions are deduplicated, enriched with Domain Authority and PageRank scores, and presented in your dashboard with daily trend charts.
